New computer but still old style values

During the past few months Talbot Marketing has invested heavily in state of the art computer technology to enhance your experience with Talbot. As with any technology, ours will be work in process. We have a 3 phase implementation schedule with our new internal ERP system. Phase one, started this past March with our London support staff going on-line with a new sequel based (SQL) system.

In May, our national sales force will begin training on phase 2, a web based sales interface. This sales interface will be a welcome addition to our Sales Professional. The expectation of this software upgrade is that it will significantly impact, in a positive way, how our Sales Partners interact with our customers.

Phase 3 is electronic company stores that are totally integrated into the overall new system. We expect phase 3 to be up and going some time before the end of summer.

The investment in our new computer system will give Talbot a platform to assist us in achieving our growth goals over the next 5 years. However, all this being say, our business is based on relationships and professionalism. We will remain consistent with our old style values of providing quality products at great value. Talbot has 84 Sales Partners from coast to coast who work very hard, day in and day out, to earn the trust and respect of their customers. The personal interaction, either through one on one meeting's or phone calls, can never be replaced buy glitzy web sites or state of the art computer systems. Each of our Sales Partners and 22 support staff appreciate and are grateful for all our relationships opposite our customers. We only hope to enhance these relationships over the weeks and months ahead..
